Microlytics warrants the enclosed disk and documentation on which this program is furnished to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 60 days from date of purchase. In the event of notification within the warranty period of defects in material or workmanship, Microlytics will replace the defective disk or documentation.
THE ABOVE IS THE ONLY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE THAT IS MADE BY MICROLYTICS ON THIS PRODUCT. MICROLYTICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE, THE RESULT OF USE, OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT.
MICROLYTICS LICENSE AGREEMENT

As the original purchaser of this program, you have a nonexclusive license from Microlytics to use the program on a single personal computer. You may physically transfer the program from one computer to another provided that the program is used on only one computer at a time. Except to make archival copies for backup purposes and to protect your investment from loss, you may not copy, modify, or transfer this program in whole or in part. This program is copyrighted, and any unauthorized copying is prohibited by applicable law. Simultaneous use of this program on separate computers requires separate license or licenses from Microlytics.
